The Pro Smoker ‘N Roaster® was especially designed with the novice in mind and for all its fantastic features, it’s ease of operation is perhaps the best. Simple, easy to follow instructions will enable anyone to produce the finest old-fashioned smokehouse flavored foods the first time and every time they use the Pro Smoker ‘N Roaster.® Automatic temperature control (60 to 250 degrees) makes it almost impossible to under or overcook your foods.

When used as a smoker, the Pro Smoker ‘N Roaster® smokes and cooks food at the same time, producing an old-fashioned barbecue-pit flavor. Pro Smoker ‘N Roaster® without smoke becomes a roaster for mouthwatering ribs and roasts. With or without smoke, food cooks to perfection with air moving through the oven for more tender, moist and succulent food. Old world pit-house flavor at the touch of a switch.

Cook and Hold Features
Our latest addition to add value and savings to your smoking operation is our Cook & Hold controller.  The cook and hold will fit any of our hand load smokers and allows you easy and time savings features such as these listed below:
